I'm 22, 5'10, i have been stuck at 10st for as long back as i can remember and i would like to tone and really put some weight on but have no clue whats the best way to go about it. I have recently joined the local gym but don't know what i should do about my diet.
I have never been to the gym before about a week ago and had an induction with a an instructor who was more interested in ogling at the young woman than helpfully answering any of my questions to say the least. I am really naive about this and don't even know what weight, how often or how many reps i should be looking at doing to reach my goals.
When i search the internet i just get bombarded with all sorts of weight gain products, I'm am sure these are not needed. (please tell me if otherwise)
Thank you!

Do a fitBuddy search on WSSC 2008 Eating Plan
Good Luck
-------------- Too often we are so preoccupied with the destination, we forget the journey.
To get through the hardest journey we need take only one step at a time, but we must keep on stepping.

Pick a program here - it would be an excellent start
