Hi! I am Kris, I'm 46 years old and weigh 150 - 155. It fluctuates depending on the time of the month. I am 5' 8", so my weight is healthy, but I need to tone and strengthen. My problem is I have two bad discs in my lower back, and severely injured my neck muscles April 2006 when a box containing an entertainment armour collapsed. It clipped me on my jaw and wrenched my shoulder and chest muscles. For a while I couldn't move my head and I had severe headaches from the muscle spasms. Physical therapy helped, but the muscles are still tight, sore and weak. Any suggestions would be welcome. Oh, I also live in a small apartment, so I don't have much room for movement, etc.
