I understand more smaller meals are better - say, every 2 hours (6 per day) and limit calories to 200-300 per meal. I would like to know what I should be eating when and which foods are better eaten with others. I am lactose and gluten intolerant. I am going to try using protien powder. I have a treadmill, stairstepper, free weights, an incline bench and large ball (by Bell). Come summer I plan to play tennis again. :)
