Hey everybody , well i've been working out and dieting for about 2 months now , i have lost already 27 pounds amd getting some nice gains in definition and muscle compared to what i had before , my workouts and getting more intense and i am taking good old protein shakes and fat burners to help out along the way , Wel i just wanted to share my good news and pass it on to all of you , Good luck to all of you and train hard !:dumbbell:
