Cardio in the pro plan is a simple 25 minutes after the regular workout using the equipment you have chosen. There is running, treadmill, rowing, elliptical, biking, and after the workout one of those things is listed. Nothing fancy. Most equipment has some programs to choose from, and doing a plain cardio or a weight-loosing routine is what I choose. As with everything else, start slow to get a hang of it, then increase the speed or level of your cardio. If you want good result in a short time, look into HIIT.
