Maintaining Current Weight

Hi, I Am Currently 155 Lbs.
Height - 5'9-5'10 Feet
Age - 17
Male
Activity Level - Moderate(4-6 Days A Week)

I received these from a online calculator for how much calories, etc. i should intake to maintain weight

BMR - 1789.92
Calories - 2774.38 cal
Carbs(55%) - 1525.91cal = 381.48gm
Protiens(15%) - 416.16cal = 104.04gm
Fats(30%) 832.31cal = 92.47gm

I was wondering what kind of exercises/workout I should do to maintain weight

and what great foods that can keep up with the numbers listed above

and can anyone help me convert those numbers into grams?
