Hi!
I would like to know how to choose the appropriate weight for exercises like the "Push-Up"! Do I use my body weight, which will eventually decrease over the time? Or do I leave the field empty, not recording my progress?
Thank you in advance for your answers!

If you can do a couple sets of Push-ups then yes start with BW. If you have trouble with push-ups then set your hands on a bench or something elevated to start with. Then move to regular push-ups. You can make them more difficult by elevating your feet or resting a weight on your back. Recording the weight is not necessary but make a note of how you did them and either make them more difficult the next time or increase the number of reps that you do.
