Squats, Metal Rod In Leg

Dose anyone here know about squats while having a metal rod placed in your leg?

I have a metal rod screwed in my leg from knee to ankle and it's been there for over 10 year about 14!

Just wondering how far I can take the squat in weight with this in my leg!
