Not a beginner, but not a pro either. I'm looking for something that is a multiweek program that tells me % of max and reps for each week. I had something like this in football in highschool, but cannot find anything like this now.
for example: week 1 - 3 sets - 60%x10, 70%x8, 80%x6 do this for each exercise the first week.
Any suggestions. I do not want to make up my own weights/reps.
