whats a good ellipitical schedule? i have a machine, need to lose some post-baby weight but i have no idea how long, how often etc etc......not so much interested in muscles, toning yada yada....just weightloss anything besides that is just icing on the cake. thanks!

If it's any help, I usually do 30-45 min of cardio on a treadmill right after weight lifting.
