Here's a stupid question for anyone. I use an exercise program on this site. When it says do 15 reps for exercises where you use one side of your body (ex. dumbell curls, single leg extensions, oblique crunch extenstions, do they mean 15 for each side, or 15 total?

If you are having to do it with each side of your body then it would appear to be 15 each side, 30 total! but that is what I would take it as.. I can not say that is how the programs on this site are set up but thats what one would assume...

It means 30 reps total. 15 per side.

15 total would be an uneven number. 8 one side and 7 the other? No.
