Ok heres my prob. I am 5ft tall and weigh 90lbs.. I feel i am to skinny.. and would like to gain weight. about 20lbs to be exact, but the funny part is i have a bit of a puggy belly from having to kids. gotta love feeling to skinny and still having a puggy belly... so any suggestions on the best way to gain weight and loose my puggy belly would be greatly appericate it. Also some suggestions on what would be good to eat to help me gain weight would be greatly appericated as well.. i dont need a complete meal plan, but some suggestions on what foods would be best would really help me out... one other thing. I read some where that exercising in the morning would not be good for me as im not looking to lose weight but gain it. i have set up a fitness plan, but need to get some ideas on what would be good for me to eat so i can get started on that as soon as possible. I am currently in the process of quitting smking. I was told that smoking will make you loose weight as it makes u not as hungry. So im hoping to get alot of things sorted out this wk so i can quit smoking, get on a good eating plan, and start my fitness plan as well... sooo any help u can give me would be greatly appericated..... thanks in advance.
Eat healthy, do some weights, get some protein down. You'll gain muscle which would make you look toned in a feminine way thus adding weight. As for loosing the pudgy belly, just loose fat with cardio and healthy diet.
Didnt think 90lb for 5ft was too skinny.
