Things have really slowed down here at work so alot of times, I am sitting at my computer. By the end of the day, I am bored and tired from sitting all day. If it's nice outside, I go for walks during lunch but does anybody have any great ideas for little exercises or something I can do at my desk to keep me moving? Of course, something that isn't embarrassing so I don't have the whole office laughing at me. THANKS!!!

OK, I am not trying to sound sarcastic but I could not resist.
How about kegel's, no one can even tell if your doing them and they are VERY important.

This also might sound dumb, but you could practice good posture. Sitting tends to lead to bad posture by strengthening certain muscles and tightening tendons and ligaments. Just the act of maintaining propper posture can be tiring.
