How long does it take for the body to recover from a 30 minutes cardio session??

Im thinking about running for 30 minutes 3 times a day...

good/bad points?

because i want to lose that last 3/4lbs of fat...

would 3 times a day be a good way to accomplish this or not?

this is only short term btw...i dont plan on running 3 times a day for the net 6 months...

and i know...i know...diet...im keeping to it. :)
