i need to eat roughly 4000 calories a day to start gaining weight thats with all my excercising and everything else... i need something to eat for breakfast in the morning like cereal thats quick and easy and that would suit my diet? and what are good snacks throughout the day that would help me gain weight but be good for me

Peanut butter, calorie dense and quick. Walnuts and almonds, same story.
