Does anyone know any interesting heavy bag workout regiments?

I don't really have a regimen but I do use the heavy bag as a large part of my cardio.
I simply go hard and fast for 3 minutes and then throw jabs for 1 minute then repeat for a total of 20-30 minutes.
Mix up punches during the 3 minute round to include jabs, straight power punches, upper cuts, etc. I even throw in elbows and knees to keep it interesting. Also alternate left/right stance to give both sides of your upper body equal attention.
Personally the heavy bag has really done wonders for my shoulders and upper back. You will certainly feel it working provided you keep the intensity level high.
