Has anyone read Tom Venuto's "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" book? If so, what are your thoughts?

My boss lives by that book, he lost A LOT of his body fat and does exactly what is said in here. Eats clean, 6 meals a day, protein with each meal and exercises. He looks great and took him about a year to get there! Good luck.

I've read it and it's solid information, but I must admit that everything Tom writes in that book can be found in countless others, so don't feel that you must rely on that book only.

Thanks for the responses. I think the one reason why people like Tom Venuto's books/articles is because he explains things very clearly to the average reader.
