Hi sorry to ask the same old shit but I am at my wits end I can't seem to loose the last hand full of fat on my stomach! I teach aerobics classes 5 X a week and try to get in two runs, one long (bout an hour/hour and a half) and one short and fast (30min)I can see my abs are really toned but I still have a tire when I sit down it's really frustrating as I really want a toned mid section. Can you recommend any training or diet tips? I am very dediacted and want results, I am 5,7 and at present weigh 62kg.
Thank you

It has to be diet. And of course patience.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say that you have a tire when you sit down. Given your height and weight, and the statement that you can see ab definition (I assume when you're standing up) I'm a little nervous. Everyone's midsection "bunches up" when they sit down, unless they keep their spine long and back nice and straight. Have you had skin fold measurements taken? That would reveal whether or not that "tire" is actually extra fat tissue or if it's your skin doing its normal thing. I'd say find a trainer to take skin fold measurements so that you know solidly what you're dealing with before you continue.
