I know, I know... you can't loose fat by spot reduction, but...
As an extra, I would like to know if there is something I can do to get my ancles back into shape, specifically the back of them. I do the calf raises in the plan, and my calves are better defined, but what about the lower leg and ancles?

Hello, Im not sure if this exercise is close (or exactly) like the one you are currently doing but I find that it has helped my ankles look nice as well as my calves.

Calf raises.. yepp.. do them, but thanks for the tip. Don't do much for the ankles, but my calves are looking better and better, and it's even harder to find boots that fit *sigh* because people apartnly have no calves when they are "normal".
