I recently started working out (about 2 months ago). Getting no results- actually just noticed that i gained 5 pounds! Trying to eat 5 small meals a day, but maybe im eating the wrong things. Can someone help me, before i quit all together and go pig out!

What do you do when you work out? How much, how often.

Eating 5 smalls meals a day. No carbs after 3:00pm.
Doing 30 minutes of cardio twice a week and two body pump classes twice a week for an hour each class.

Have you measured your waist, hips, bottom, thighs, etc.?
Muscles weigh more.
Body pump, is that like spinning, but with weights instead?
Some ordinary weight training might be a good idea. Moving slow has its good points too.
Cardio for 30 min twice a week sounds OK, especially with the body pump, so you might look into HIIT. High intensity for short spurts with some slow down periods.
Variation is the key.
