i need a weightloss diet

I have put a diet together several times .. I am not getting the desired results please help 5'8 180 punds would very much like to loose fat .. I am also 36 so my ,metab is a little slow now please help felicia_glen@hotmail.com

You train as well? To keep up the metabolism you have to do cardio and weight train AND to eat several times daily and ENOUGH! Don't starve yourself.

Okay, I have to promote the Body for Life program. Kiowawills turned me onto it, and I just finished my first challenge with a loss of almost 24 pounds of fat. If you want more info, you can visit http://www.bodyforlife.com, or buy the book, Body for Life, by Bill Phillips, or do a search at MSN communities for BFLwomenkickbutt. Basically its a nutrition program where you eat a portion of carb and a portion of protein 6 times a day, and eat at least 2 portions of low carb veggies a day. You work out, high intensity, weight training 3x a week, and cardio 3x a week. It's a very simple program, but I won't say it's easy!
