Hi, I have 8 months to lose 50 pounds, so I got time, it doesn't have to be fast.
But I don't eat meat or fish, So I don't know what exactly to eat, and I can't get breakfast in the morning, no time. and I don't get lunch at school, took to many classes, so lunch was cut out. So any ideas on what to do about nutrition?
And for Fitness plan, I walk every day for 15 mins, and I'm starting to think that isn't enough. And ideas on that.
Any tips or advice would be aperiated alot.
Thank you a bunch.

i dont know about what you could eat. but you should be doin more physical excercise than that! not eating breakfast and lunch is really bad too. even if your breakfast has to be a meal replacement drink its better than not eating at all.

without a proper diet, breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks in between, there is no hope of losing the weight safely. You have to feed the fire to get it to burn, if you dont eat the body goes into starvation mode and it will take what it needs from your muscles and so forth. You dont eat meat of fish ? what are you eating ? you should go see a nutrionist and get some help before you get sick. :surprised:

Vegetarian?
Do you eat dairy, like yoghurt? Start your morning with a couple of spoon fulls of cottage cheese. You always have time for that, maybe between brushing your teeth and putting on make-up? A can of beans for lunch heated in the micro-wave won't take long. A bag of nuts and almonds and apples and carrots for easy "between classes" snacks. Weight training in the evening and then some dinner, maybe with tofu?
