I have a physical test (7 a.m) with the local corrections facility where I have to run 2.4 km's under 12 minutes, followed by a test where I run up and down, and carry weights which weigh up to 100 lbs. I'm in good shape and can and will pass this exam, but I was wondering what can/should I eat the night before the exam, and on the morning of the exam to get that extra energy? Thanks
Better would be some oatmeal about an hour or so before. If you need the redbull stick with it. Night before I'd eat some cottage cheese to get the protein fix, and make sure you eat enough carbs the day before.

oatmeal+omellete would be my breakfast. With a couple bananas.
