I was just wondering if i could do all my weight lifting on Monday and then tuesday wednsday and thursday do some cardio(HIIT) and then weight lift again on Fridays. I only have about 5 pieces of equipment and i could do that all in one day in about 40min or less.
So, should i just work on all muscles on monday and do the same Friday and do cardio in the middle 3 days or spread them all out throughout the week. Are there any benifits to doing this? Also, can i work out like lets say my chest twice a week? What muscles can i work on more then 1 time a week or should everything be just once. I feel like once isnt enough.
