I'm really close now--next Saturday is the BIG day! I haven't had fat done recently but know it's come down. How can you be sure the measurements have been done correctly? When I was first done 13%, one month later said I was in the "same range", but I made noticeable changes, thought for sure I was at least 11%. Starting to question accuracy as well as those who see me are--I nervous I won't be in low single digits--on the other hand 1st show--you gotta start somewhere. Spent most of diet trying not to lose muscle at I don't want to weigh in at 95, so at least that goal was met down to 106 from 109.5. Any new advice from those who have been through this--how cut can you get your last 2weeks?? I'll stop my babbling now--it's nerves!!

At two weeks out you may drop a bit more fat but you should be ready at this point. The last two weeks should be spent on posing and your routine. In fact in the last two weeks I increased my calories slighty. Are you working with a trainer ? Thats a big help in the last couple weeks because you need to tweek you balance of carbs protein and hydration levels.

right now I'm on low carb until Wed. then They say I should up my carbs, cut sodium out completely, Wed. drink 3 gallons distilled water, Thurs, 2 Gal., Fri 1/2 gallon until 6PM then just sip when absolutely necessary. Now I take in about 1 1/2 Gal. a day. Trainer's a fitness competitor but first time doing Bodybuilding also, says diet is a little different- they don't have to have B.F. in single digits. Seeing good sirations(?) everywhere, BUT want to see more in legs. Thanks for help!!

You are right on track. Follow your plan and you will see a difference in your legs on show day. Posing helps too. Be sure the tan is DARK (Dream Tan is great I used it at my last show and had the best tan. The other girls looked pale next to me.)Be sure to cut out the leg training the last week. Good luck and let me know how you do! I took 1st in my first (Fiqure)competition so it can be done.

I asked my trainer the same question....she gave me so technical reason and I cannot remember !! Basically you need time to rest & recoup and get ready for the big day which csn be quite taxing. After all you have been working hard for at least 4 months right? Also once you start the ProTan on Wed you don't want to be sweating it out with lots of cardio and training. I was skeptical so Linda let me do some LIGHT circuits early in the week. My trainer was right. I peaked on competition day and my quads looked the best that day. Don't worry it will all come together. Go in knowing you accomplished your goal!!Best wishes.
