Hello everyone, I'm new here and trying out the program.
I printed out my first weeks workout and notice I'm working calves two nights this week (Tuesday and Friday), albeit it is only one exercise each night calf raises (press) and reverse calf raises. Is this sufficient rest time?

ive been told that calves are very dense muscle from being used frequently and are the hardest group to see any improvements and definition in so 2 a week is probably a good thing in your program. work em hard, they can handle it.
My calves are probably the best area on my body, i worked the very heavy in my football days back in school and carrrying 300+ lbs daily keeps em worked out
