Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

The GNC guy tells me that Creatine and weight loss are mutually exclusive, is this the case?

Just looking for suplementation to aid muscle function, recovery, and to keep from catabolizing muscle on the card days...

Thanks

Creatine will make hold on to a little water. However, I believe that it is great for weight loss. When losing weight the biggest deterrent of weight training is recovery. It take much longer to recover in calorie deficit. The creatine will help you recover faster. Recovering faster will improve your weight training, which will help to minimize muscle loss. The guy at GNC has no clue what he is talking about.

Thank's guys, reading about Creatine and common sense led me to believe it would be a benefit. Thanks for confirming.
