I looked through the forums but wasn't able to find a nutrition plan or a set. I'm trying to build mass but also burn a bit of the tummy fat. I think I'm about 12% body fat. Is there a place that had nutrition plans on this site that I can use? I have to get regimented because I don't think I'm eating 2500 calories a day and after reading this site again and again I believe I was keeping my gains back from eating too few calories.
I have never done any type of calorie or nutrition planning and this is a hard one for me too. I see the numbers and the words, but what are the foods? :)
I use the list of foods from this site and anything not on there, I look up on the net, like celery. Planning the meals is the toughie.
I found this site...maybe you can use it as a starting point?
Okay so I looked at those meals, they will definitely NOT help you to gain mass. Some of those only had 80 grams of Protein in the whole day. :surprised:
To gain mass, you need to eat at least 1 x your body weight in grams of protein. And for building, you should be doing more like 1.5 or 2 x your body weight
Also remember, it's very VERY difficult to gain mass and lose weight at the same time.
