I have been interested in become a certified trainer for a couple years now and looks like I'm actually going to do it by this fall. But with sooooo many organizations that you can obtain certification from, what are the best? ACE is very high on that list. I am also considering ISSA. I have a B.S. in Biology already, so some of the so-called technical terms are very fimiliar. Any suggestions???

Just make sure that whatever course you take includes classes on Kinesiology, Anatomy/Physiology, Exercise mechanics. I find that the most knowledgeable and conscientious trainers are those that are truly interested in how the body acts/reacts and how it functions.Your Biology degree most likely is general and not specialized to human anatomy/physiology unless you happen to alo be pre-med.
