Hey im 14 and am stuck on the last 10 pounds of my diet.
Im 5'10 and weigh 140 pounds
I used to be 5'8 and weigh 165, so overall im very happy with my loss.
But I set a goal a few months ago, and want to reach it.
Can anyone give some good tips, that really work the body, and can help shake these last 10 pounds?
