i've been lifting for about 2 months and i dont seem to be getting much stronger. i am a 15 year old male. should i watch what i eat or eat anything ? i drink protein ( whey ) before and after i work out with regular milk, should i drink it with low fat milk instead ? i also play football ( JV ) for my school team. i play wide receiver i want to get stronger but i dont wwant to get slower from eating to much fat food either. when i workout ( like when i do bench press ) should i put as much weight as i can ( i can do 95 pounds with 10 reps on the first set and then like 5 or 6 on the other 2 sets ) should i put more weights on or just do that much weight until i can do 10 reps on each set. and what should i eat ? PLEASE help
