I'm a 22 year old female with large breasts. When I first lost a lot of weight (60lbs., 6 years ago) they became a little saggier than they should be @ 17 years old. Then I gained 30lbs. back, then lost it again. Of course, my skin has stretched. I wouldn't say they're SAGGY, but being this young and already seeing a problem I want to fix it ASAP! I've tried bench presses, the butterfly weight machine, and push ups but I never feel anything except in my arms. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what. Anybody know of an efficient exercise to help me perk back up!?
Try using a little more weight and really pushing yourself to do 10 to 12 reps 3 or 4 times. Do them slowly, controling your form. If it's too easy to do the first set, add more weight. AND keep doing them for months. It will pay off.
