Hi! I've been a lacto-vegetarian (no meat, no seafood, no eggs)since birth. A lot of people say that I need to eat seafood for protein. I can't for religious purposes. What can I eat for protein?

Dairy products seen to be your only resource for complete proteins. From there, you'll have to rely on soy, as well as working on veg food combos, such as legumes and grains, in order to supplement your protein intake.
