My work schedule is the following: work 9am-9pm for 4 days, off 4 days, work 9pm to 9am, off 4 days, work 9am to 9pm, off 4 days, etc. I am wanting to compete in a fitness/figure competition and need some suggestions on a good workout schedule and eating schedule for my work schedule. I feel lost right now trying to come up with something that works. Also, how many months, realistically, should I give myself before a competition? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
