here is another nutrition question for everyone...

my goal is to keep my muscle mass and go from 15% body fat to about 10%. Prior to joining this website I read on other sites that if you are trying to lose body fat it is better to stick with a generally low calorie diet. It also says that high calorie days and "cheat days" are for weak minded people, but it looks as though this site promotes high and low days.

Does anyone have an example of thier high and low day diet routine? Does anyone have experience in both diets? I personally have enough trouble following the one diet I have been given by this site...:( I just cant get enough healthy carbs in...

there is a place in dieting for high calorie days. If you do not have a competition date for instance, this is just your own doing, to make it work some limited cheating is essential. Especially so if you diet for longer than for instance 6 weeks. Many hormonal problems can and do arise for instance, and the fight begins between your will and your body. The body normally wins.

That is totally 'person dependent'. Goals have to be taken into account, length of time, and to a large degree your physche.

After that, reality, meaning at some point as I mentioned the body fights back hard, and losses will cease. This is when at the very least a 'reset' should be undertaken.
