Hello,
I recently started working out again and decided to start using creatine and protein supplements. When is the best time to take creatine, before or after you work out?
-------------- Thanks,

You should not be taking creatine if you just started, you should wait until you can get no more gains then go for it and this could be a year down the road!
Take it now and when you can't gain anymore you have nowhere else to turn unless your into the roids!

I really not looking to gain size, but I heard that the creatine would help in developing lean muscle mass. Should I even take creatine?

Also to gain muscle mass is to gain size you can't have 1 without the other, common think about what you just said!

I meant lean muscle. I don't want to gain any more mass, just typed that by accident.
Thanks for the help.

You can take creatine, its fine. You should take creatine 15-30 minutes before you workout, and then half the dose at night, what brand of creatine did you get?
