Nucare has come out with a chewable, flavored tablet of creatine. It says to chew 4 tabs a day and it comes in 3 different flavors(no artificial sweeteners). Is this any good? I don't know a lot about creatine but would this be as effective as the powder form?

Powder will always be more effective. In order to make any type of 'tablet, gum, etc.' stuff must be added to bond it together.

Other Ingredients
Creatine Monohydrate(CreaPure?), Sucrose, Higher Fatty Acids, Grape Flavor, Malic Acid, Whey(Milk), Stevia, FD&C Blue #2, FD&C Red #40 Lake, Calcium Stearate

I just find it hard to take creatine in the recommended doses throughout the day. Roughly 1.5 grams every 3 hours or so is a good way to take it from what I understand. So I thought this would be a good way to get it.

OK the stuff did nothing but give me horrible heartburn. Had to quit taking it after a week. Guess it's back to regular powder.

Next time you just might want to consider listening to bb1fit!

CEE is great stuff I take it only on lifting days and with the awesome flavor system True Protein has I do not what so ever taste the CEE in my Strawberries and Cream flavored PWO Shake!

I take it in water pre workout and the taste don't bug me at all but I swear to you I can't taste it in my PWO!
