Hey everyone!
I'm 16, 5'6", and I weigh anywhere between 139-141. I'm struggling with loosing weight and staying motivated. I'd like to loose around 17-18 lbs but I've hit a dead end. I'be been jogging/walking/and doing cardio almost every day and I'm trying to watch my calorie intake. No one in my family is really there to keep me in line. So if anyone would be interested, I'm in desperate need of a buddy to help me out and keep me motivated. And any advice on how to keep loosing the weight would be much appreciated!

Ellieluv, what's your diet like? You may need to take a look at that. Are you lifing weights or just doing some cardio?

I've cut out most meets and have been eating lots of veggies and fruits and I've doing lots of cardio. I don't have access to a gym or any weights but do you recommend weights?

Just because you cut out meat, doesn't mean you'll lose fat. Watch the carb intake, check how many calories you're eating and so on. Lots of cardio isn't always the answer, either. Take up some form of resistance training. Building muscle will help you burn calories.

There is an 'at home' workout on this site. Grab that and get going!
