I want to lose about 60 lbs... I am 6ft 280 lbs.
I just got a membership to a gym...
What is a good Diet for me?

Okay... welcome to FT. :)

First, please don't post the same question in different forums.

Second, have you picked a routine from this site? Did they give you one at the gym?

Third, and likely the most important is diet. What are you eating?

Go through this forum and read and print the Grocery List. If it isn't on it, don't eat it.

There is tons to read here... lots to learn!

I have a workout routine, just bad at dieting.
