i just started taking jiu jitsu last month and its really cool it really helps on losing weight... we do fun warmups and variations of workouts.. like the other day my insrtuctor had me put him in guard and he lifted me up and had me do sit ups it was really cool.. i was just wonderin if anyone else takes it and i recommend martial arts for a workout

I took up aikido about 3 months ago, great for the quads and hamstrings as well as flexibility, balance and self-esteem. Next week I add Iaido to that.
