I am trying to gain 20 lbs of muscle in two months, can someone help?

im 120 lbs about 5 foot 8

Ive thot about drinking eggs and start lifting, but im not sure...nehelp on that?

If you want to do that you need to start eating... and then eat. And when you're done with that you'll need to eat before you eat. Get the point?

You will need to be putting down some serious calories to even come close to that number. Don't be afraid to eat like a madman if that is your true goal.

Sure lifting is important, but diet is more for the goal you state. But lift heavy, eat, eat, eat, rest, eat, and the lift again.

k, will do, but is drinking raw egg whites w / every meal a good idea?
