I have just received my programme and am at a loss. With the decreasing number of reps between each set do I increase the weight and by how much and what is the recommended rest period between sets. Also I have a Crossbow Advantage as my home gym. Can all the exercises be done on this machine.
What I did was go up in weight to achieve the number of reps. Most times though, I could tweek the weight by about 2-5 pounds to make it so that it was perfect for the number of reps specified. It all seemed to work out.
These programs are not perfectly set for every body type in every ability but do the best you can...good luck!
