Diet, cardio, diet, weight training, diet and diet will make it happen. Do ab exercises routinly but don't think that doing 1000 side bends will get rid of them. You have to get rid of the fat ALL OVER the body to get rid of the love handles.
I have bad news and bad news for you:
The bad news is that it is usally the last thing that you lose, especially for men.
The bad news is that it is sometimes genetic and inherant in some people (Like me). I run 5 miles, do sprint intervals twice a week, do pull ups, ab exercises, push ups and have done weight training. My body looks decent enough for a 43 year old and my abs show with muscle definition in my arms and chest. But those damn handles are not totally gone. But hey, it's what's inside that counts...right? :cool:
