i would like to slim down and build some lean muscle, in a kind of fast amount of time. ive been to a lot of sites that list a LOT of differnt foods that will help. can anyone sugggest the kind of foods i should steer twords? (and mabye some exercises to do? id like to see if im on the right track with those)
foods look in nutrition under sticky bodybuilder diet...look into a program but for LBMgain and fat loss i would go heavyand compound (deadlifts, squats, etc..)
