What Exercise would give you the most fat burn? I've heard working out on an empty stomach is good, doing intervals,etc. I'm trying to build some muscle, but isn't it true, that until you burn off the fat, the muscle won't show anyways? I usually do 3-4 sets of 25-30 for arms and legs and do abs twice a week. I know it's good to lift weights since muscle rev's up your metabolism, but would it be better to do Cardio by itself, lose the weight, and then begin to use weights again? My heart rate ranges from 145-170 doing Cardio. Thanks :)
