Ok so I have lost 42 pounds. I have also previously lost 92, so I know how to lose weight. My question is...

This example is for my arms. I can add more weight for my legs. It is the general idea I am after.....

Is it better to do 20 reps at 45 pounds
or 15 reps at 60 pounds?

thank you

depends on what you are trying to do. If you want endurance.. then 20 @ 45. If you want weight loss/muscle gain then go for a weight that you can lift in the 8-10 rep range.

And congrats on your successful weight loss!

My Catahoula did it.

I saw a book titled "Sex for Dummies" and wondered why
anyone would teach dumb people how to reproduce?
