I am a 5K runner and I have time goals for 2 and 3 miles that i want to have completed by early august. I want to get faster as fast as possible and I would really appreciate any suggestions. Keep in mind, my current record for 2 miles is 16:03, and my 3 mile is like 28 or something(havent tested it yet), so im not good by any means, so its like i have peak issues or anything.
