I have till August 15 to gain well i want to be at 180 or as close as i can get and suggestions on how to gain that much weight without being fat i lift weights alot and started taking creatine and whey shakes after i workout but i could use some suggestions if you could.. thanks
another bit of info to add on to that is for example today i had 131 grams of protein along with almost 3000 calories and i weigh 152.. i didnt know if maybe i should consume more calories or what
