Hi everyone, I am new here and I have already started my food changes. What I want to begin to focus on is my lower abs because I am going into this with a huge amount of fat in that area... It is the problem area on my body. Since I am still over 200 and 5'5', I'd like to know some lower ab and upper arm exercises I can start with until I get down so and feel better. I am doing walking tapes but I have to get down that first 30 lbs,because I know that I will feel much better and up to flexibility, bending type exercises then. Thanks for any help you can give me.
