Dont take this the wrong way, but how many times are you going to ask this question? You cant do it...no quick way. Deal with it. You are skinny, you dont have much muscle. That is what you need. Even if you got your body fat way down chances are that your ab muscles arent big enough to show much anyway. Those numbers for weight are pretty low for someone who has been working out for a long time. You need to bulk, then maybe go for a six pack next summer. Im no expert but just looking at your pics it is obvious that you are a small guy. You dont have a ton of fat to start with. You need muscle to boost your metabolism.

cant i just get the abs then bulk up? bulking is easier for me, just eat and lift i guess.. its quite a challenge for me to really focus on the mid section...5'8 136 pounds, aint 1 month enough for that 6 pack?

I dont think the six pack is there buddy. Like I said, a six pack is muscle, your not exactly overloaded in that department. What is this obsession with the six pack anyway? I know you have a bet but if your only a month away and look like your pictures youve already lost. Your not fat at all but even if you get your body fat low enough to see your abs you will still just be a small skinny guy. Youve had this same question answered many times already by people much smarter than myself. The answer will not change no matter how many times you ask the question. If you dont want to hear it then you shouldnt ask and just keep on doing what your doing even though it is obvious that you are not getting the results you are after. Seriously, you should give the six pack hunt a break for a little while. I am 5'7" and weigh 187 pounds. If my body fat was 4% I would still weigh more than you. You are not fat and you dont have a slow metabolism. You are just a small framed person. Give up on the six pack for now and work on getting bigger. What good is a six pack that sits under a bird chest? Next to little bitty arms? Think about it...now eat and work!
